This work isn't theoretical for me. It's personal. And it's my life's mission.

In 2012, a car accident left me with a traumatic brain injury.
I lay on my bedroom floor, crying, unable to think straight—terrified!
My husband was deep in his prescription drug addiction and I knew my kids couldn't lose me too!
I got a new job shortly after. Million-dollar construction projects.
High-stakes decisions. I was supposed to be on top of my game.
Instead, I was secretly drowning.
I'd hang up project timelines that were wrong. Sneak back to replace them. Sit at my desk praying no one noticed.
I didn't understand why my brain wasn't working.
I was terrified I'd lose everything.
Doctors couldn't explain it.
Standard tests showed nothing.
I was told to "rest" and "reduce stress."
But I couldn't rest my way out of brain damage.
So I refused to accept that my brain was broken.
I dove into holistic healing—amino acids, nutrition, breathwork, yoga, meditation, somatic practices. I studied neurotransmitter science. I experimented on myself.
Within hours, my brain came back online.
Not months. Not years. Not Weeks. Hours.
That's when I knew: The brain is incredibly resilient when given what it needs.
And the medical system doesn't teach you this.
In 2013, I lost my husband, not to his original pain, but to the
prescription drugs his doctors kept him on.
It started with a hernia surgery and root canals.
His doctors prescribed opiates.
Then an addiction recovery doctor put him on Suboxone, an opiate antagonist meant to wean him off, but never weaned him off the Suboxone itself.
The prescription said six months. He stayed on it for six years. For six years, I watched him become a zombie.
No passion.
No life.
No light in his eyes.
Just... existing.
I begged his doctor to help him get off. I begged for real solutions, not dependency. I was dismissed. "If they're keeping him alive, why would you want him off them?" But he wasn't alive. He was surviving. And eventually, he wasn't even doing that.
He died in 2013. Years later, that same doctor was charged with over-prescribing narcotics and writing prescriptions to people who weren't even his patients. I was right. The medical system didn't just fail him. It killed him. And I carry that every single day.
"The system wanted him dependent. I wanted him free.
They won. And I lost him."
I grew up with an alcoholic father.
For years, I carried anger, blame, confusion. Why couldn't he just stop?
Then I dove deep into brain chemistry and learned that 95% of alcoholics are hypoglycemic:
their brains are literally starving.
Addiction isn't weakness. It's biochemistry.
That knowledge shifted everything.
Anger became understanding.
Blame became compassion.
In 2018, I cared for my mother through Alzheimer's, the disease you fear you're heading toward.
I watched her decline. I held her hand. I learned what it means to lose someone to their own brain.
And I promised myself: I will help people avoid this fate.
I've lived every version of cognitive crisis:
• Traumatic brain injury (my own)
• Prescription drug addiction (my husband)
• Alcoholism (my father)
• Alzheimer's (my mother)
• Secret professional struggles (hiding my TBI at work)
• The terror of cognitive decline (watching my parent, fearing my future)
I'm not here to guess. I'm not here to theorize.
I'm here because I've survived it all.
And I know how to help you survive it too.
I refuse to let anyone suffer the way my family suffered.
No one should be dismissed when they know something is wrong.
No one should be medicated into numbness instead of healed at the root.
No one should watch their brain decline because the system profits from symptom management instead of transformation.
I do this work because I know what it's like to be terrified, dismissed, and desperate for answers.
And I know what it's like to heal, and get your life back!
This isn't just my work. It's my life's purpose.
I combine cutting-edge neuroscience with ancient healing wisdom.
Here's my approach:
1. REGULATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
You can't optimize what isn't regulated. I teach breathwork, somatic practices, and trauma-informed techniques to calm your nervous system, so your brain can actually heal.
2. FEED THE BRAIN
I provide education on amino acid therapy and personalized functional nutrition to restore neurotransmitter balance. Many clients notice mood, energy, and clarity shifts within 2–14 days.
3. TEST, DON'T GUESS
I use comprehensive assessments, brain chemistry pattern analysis and epigenetic hair testing, to identify exactly what YOUR brain is depleted in. No random supplements. No generic advice. Targeted protocols based on YOUR unique chemistry.
4. ADDRESS ROOT CAUSES
I don't mask symptoms. I find WHY your brain is struggling, toxins, nutritional deficiencies, hormones, gut issues, unhealed trauma, and we address it.
5. EMPOWER, DON'T CREATE DEPENDENCY
My goal is to teach you how your brain works and what it needs, so you become your own healer. Not dependent on me. Empowered by knowledge.

"Jessica saved my life and my family's life. She has taught us so much about our bodies and how to take care of ourselves and our brains. She's taught us tools that have been life-changing for our family. We're forever grateful."
— Marylena C.
"I've definitely improved significantly with the amino acids. It's helped a ton. You know how things happen for a reason at the time they do? Like meeting you and getting this going. I've been going through some really hard days this week. And there's no way I would have been able to get through it in the condition I was in when I met you. I appreciate your dedication to a world that needs it."
— Bryana C
"Jessica Endicott at Jessica is without a doubt a life saver. I've suffered from many different health issues... most recently a 6 month, reoccurring colon infection called 'C-diff'. I have NO DOUBT... had I not reached out and asked for Jessica's help I would have ended up being hospitalized for this condition. I can 100% say that I have been clear of C-diff now for almost 3 months. Through Jessica's program of holistic herbs, food/meal plan, yoga and meditation, I was finally able to start to heal."

✓ Brain fog, memory issues, cognitive slowdown
✓ Secret struggles at work (making mistakes, covering them up)
✓ Exhaustion despite sleeping 7-8 hours
✓ Relying on coffee and stimulants just to function
✓ Terror that they're heading toward cognitive decline like their parent
✓ Frustration that doctors say "everything's normal" when nothing feels normal
✓ Willing to invest in themselves
✓ Ready to do the work (follow protocols, show up)
✓ Open to natural solutions (not looking for quick-fix)
✓ Committed to transformation (not just symptom management)
✓ High-performers who refuse to settle for "good enough"
I don't work with:
People looking for magic bullets
People who aren't willing to make changes
People who want to be victims of their circumstances
People who won't take responsibility for their health
❌ Guess at supplements without testing
❌ Provide generic protocols (one-size-fits-all)
❌ Focus on symptom management, not root causes
❌ Don't address nervous system dysregulation
❌ Have never experienced cognitive crisis themselves
❌ Treat you like a case study, not a human
❌ Want you dependent on their services forever
Test first—brain chemistry + epigenetic analysis
Personalize everything to YOUR unique chemistry
Find and address root causes (not just symptoms)
Integrate nervous system regulation (you can't optimize what isn't regulated)
Bring lived experience—I've survived TBI, medical betrayal, and family cognitive decline
Treat you like a whole person (trauma-informed, compassionate)
Empower you to heal yourself (education, not dependency)
Your brain isn't broken. It's undernourished. When you give it what it needs, it heals. I've seen it in myself, my daughter, and hundreds of clients.
You deserve practitioners who listen, who investigate, who care about root causes—not just symptom management and profit margins.
My goal isn't to keep you dependent on me. It's to teach you how your brain works so you become empowered to heal yourself.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me:
Paddleboarding
Practicing yoga and meditation (still my daily reset)
Spending time in nature (hiking, grounding, reconnecting)
With my kids and grandkids (the reason I do all of this)
Learning (always studying, always growing)
I built this business so I could educate others on how to live a healthy happy life full of memories that they get to keep!
And I want that for you too.
Not just brain health. But life freedom.
That's what happens when your brain works again.
This is just the beginning.
My 5-year vision includes:
Speaking engagements and workshops (bringing this work to more people)
Writing a book: (Not sure the title yet)
Training other practitioners (so more people can access this work)
Opening a wellness center focused on brain healing modalities
Creating a guide for caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer's (honoring my mother)
I'm building something bigger than just my practice.
I'm building a movement.
And I'd love for you to be part of it.
